 Tips and Tricks

  • Hydrate two days before your hike. You will need to drink three times as important water to avoid dehumidification.
  • Elect a shoe that’s half a size larger than your regular size. However, you may feel uncomfortable, If you choose a shoe size that’s one size lower than your real size. You can have painful fritters and pocks at the end of the walk. Pocks can be avoided by wearing two layers of socks: a thin nylon sock first, followed by a thick Turkish sock.
  • Still, make sure you have enough leak-proof plastic bags on hand to keep them secure if you are carrying a camera or a phone.
